Gabriel Bey

Gabriel Bey hosts the weekly radio program RADIO 586 AZ ROOTS and serves as Chief Creative Officer at Moorish Manor Management LLC., Principal Partner at PHXMF, LLC, and President of The Bey Company, Inc. As a Performer, Gabriel is a Composer, Producer, Publisher, Trumpeter, and Leader of the band, Gabriel Bey and Friends. Gabriel is the originator of many copyrighted and released works under the name Spooky Kool. He serves on the Music Advisory Committee for Scottsdale Community College; Manages KingdomworK Recording Studio as an agent; is a voting member of Recording Academy’s Grammys; a member of Eliances, where entrepreneurs meet; an alumni of LeadershipWest; and an active member of the American Federation of Musicians, Local 586 where Gabriel sits on the Board of Trustees and serves on the Steering Committee for the Union Production Coalition of Arizona (a gathering of film production unions focused on growth and inclusion of future film production opportunities).

He is also a board member for the company, Read the Future. Gabriel’s vision for Arizona, “to become a destination for Arts and Culture, and to establish the Valley as the center for growth and economic opportunities, particularly in the arena of Music and Film.” He is the Principal Partner in PHXMF, LLC., The Phoenix Music and Film Experience, and President of the Bey Company, guiding underserved artists and filmmakers through the growth and awareness process of the industries, and the owner of Moorish Manor Management, a company designed to promote all aspects of economic growth and quality of Life for Arizona Artists. Finally, Gabriel is a participant in ASU’s Distinguished Innovation Fellows Program, focused on bringing insightful projects to the university and melding with students as a component of the Difference Engine.
